Turning Worries into Warm Welcomes—A Space for Moms to Connect
Momly is a safe, women-only platform, to help moms and to-be moms focus on their wellbeing at every stage of motherhood. Momly's vision is to ensure no women is alone in their motherhood journey & finds the right support and guidance through Momly.
We crafted an intuitive, user-centric interface for a premium, women-only community where mothers feel safe to engage both online and offline. Given the product launch, it was crucial to establish trust and emotional resonance through thoughtful design elements such as visual hierarchy, micro-interactions, and content strategy. By leveraging user research and behavioral insights, we created a vibrant and engaging experience that drives user conversion and fosters a strong sense of belonging.

The essence of community is embodied in our new visual identity, featuring a vibrant pink hue that symbolizes warmth and support. The logo serves as a versatile element, harmonizing with typography and content to craft endless branded experiences. We designed a dynamic system of typography and motion, paired with a welcoming color palette, to provide the platform with the flexibility needed to reflect its mission of connection and empowerment for moms everywhere.

We crafted the sitemap and information architecture from the ground up to enhance navigation and ensure a seamless user experience. We established a new visual hierarchy on the homepage, featuring easy-to-explore sections and clear labels in the top navigation for easy access to high-traffic items.

Users can share photos and engage with like-minded moms in their locality, creating a sense of belonging. Additionally, we streamlined the search process for trusted healthcare providers, ensuring that every mom can easily access the support and resources she needs.
